In order to conserve resources and to keep our catalog regularly updated, we do not send out printed catalogs. However as you browse the products on our website you may select “Print Catalog” in the top left corner of any product page – this will open up a print-dialogue box to print your own customized catalog of the products you are interested in. 

We do not accept returns of orders shipped outside of the United States and Canada. All other items may be returned for credit for the full value (excluding shipping and handling) provided they are returned within thirty days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging and with a copy of the invoice. No returns will be accepted beyond this time. Please contact us for a Return Authorization.

While we make every attempt to remain in stock of our products, the nature of bead production and sourcing causes occasional shortages. We will ship partial orders unless you instruct us otherwise.  Should your item be indicated as out of stock, please check back and reorder at a later date or ask us to contact you when it is back in stock.

We typically ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please keep in mind that it may take longer for us to process and ship your order depending on seasonal busyness. Delivery time will vary based on your distance from our location in Arcata, CA and the shipping options you choose.

Shipping charges are added in your shopping cart. In most cases when we ship your order the actual price of shipping will be less than that quoted, and if so, you will be charged the lower amount - we never charge more than actual shipping cost.Packages that are valued over $200 and shipped by USPS are shipped with "Signature Required" services as an economical way to assure safe delivery to our customers. If this is inconvenient and you would prefer instead to pay for insurance, or carry the risk of loss of the package yourself, you can let us know in the order comments field when placing your order.We are big recyclers here at Tika Imports and use recycled shipping and packaging materials whenever possible.For large orders shipping insurance may be added - any charges will be indicated in your shopping cart. 

Signature Confirmation and Insurance Charges are calculated during the last step of order placing, when you select "review order" - any charges will be added to your total.

Our Shipping Confirmation and Insurance charges are calculated as follows:

Domestic USPS:
Orders less than $200 - shipped with Delivery Confirmation services.
Orders more than $200 - shipped with Signature Required services.
Orders more than $500 - shipped with Signature Required services, plus insurance. 

Domestic UPS:
Orders less than $1000 - shipped with regular UPS standards of traceability and Signature Required services, as per your specific location address.
Orders more than $1000 - shipped with insurance plus regular UPS standards of traceability and Signature Required services. 

For all international orders, goods are insured at the full amount of the invoice, up to $1000 in value.

*Please note, we carry extensive in-house insurance which allows us to discount some insurance costs for our customers.

Tika Import's HQ is located in Arcata, California and add sales tax (8.5%) to orders shipped within the state of California. If the order is shipped outside of California there will be no sales tax added.

If you are a registered wholesale customer and we have your Resale Certificate on file, you will not be charged sales tax.

Yes, Tika Imports ships to countries all around the world. However customs duty is the responsibility of the customer and you should check with your relevant government department in your country about customs duty rates and possible clearing fees if you are in any doubt.Sorry, but please note that due to CITES International Trade Agreement, our Beetle Wing products and Shimmerwing Butterfly Jewelry is not available for sale outside of the USA.

We strive for the best possible color reproduction, but online color can be affected by the display settings and quality of your monitor. If you are ordering beads for a project where an exact color match is essential, we suggest you order a test quantity first. Please also note that many of our beads are hand-made and color, pattern and size may vary slightly from batch to batch. While our makers try to keep such variation to a minimum, the differences inherent in hand-crafted beads are part of their charm.
