RETAIL ORDERS

Ordering Online:

If you wish to place an online order, please use our secure shopping cart. The items on our website have a box under each one, where you can enter the quantity you wish to order, then click "add". The item will be added to your cart. After you have begun your order, the most recent item that you have added to the cart will be indicated across the top section of the main window. You may continue shopping and browsing our site, viewing your entire cart at any time by clicking "view cart". When you have finished, you can "check out" and enter your billing, shipping and credit card information.

• Tika accepts Visa/Mastercard/American Express.
• We charge $4.75 for shipping, handling and insurance for all deliveries within the USA.
• For orders shipped outside of U.S., we charge the actual Post Office/ Fed-Ex/ UPS shipping charges.
• You are responsible for any applicable import duty/taxes from your country.
• For returns we have a 30-day exchange-policy. Sorry no cash refunds. Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, and must have return authorization number (please email/or call us at 1800 459-3669).
