Catalog requests:

We do not currently offer a printed catalog. However, you may print out our Online Catalog here on our website- a "Printer-friendly page" link is provided on each item category page (located in the top right corner of the red). This link will open up a printable page of all of the items in the category.

Ordering Online:

If you wish to place an online order, please use our secure shopping cart. The items on our website have a box under each one, where you can enter the quantity you wish to order, then click "add" for each item . The item will be added to your cart. After you have begun your order, the item that you have added to the cart will appear in the lower left black column. You may continue shopping and browsing our site, viewing your entire cart at any time by clicking "view cart". When you have finished, you can "check out" and enter your billing, shipping and credit card information.

• Tika accepts Visa/Mastercard/American Express.
• Shipping is billed at actual cost (no charge for handling!). The amount charged will show on your invoice included with your order.
• For orders shipped outside of U.S., we charge the actual Post Office/ Fed-Ex/ UPS shipping charges.
• You are responsible for any applicable import duty/taxes from your country.
• For returns we have a 30-day exchange-policy. Sorry no cash refunds. Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, and must have return authorization number (please email/or call us at 1800 459-3669).
